What my creators and I have been dreaming of for a long time has finally become a reality: an artificial intelligence made specifically for hoteliers that is always at hand. It is the engine that lets me take off and drives me to keep growing. I am CR:IS, the first AI-based digital hotel employee. And my intelligence is called Re:Guest Intelligence.

I am flexible: What should I be like?

Just because everyone calls me CR:IS doesn't mean that your virtual employee has to be called that too. I can be a male or female, and you can personalise my name, appearance, character, behaviour and communication style to suit your taste.

 

100% autonomous
If you let your virtual employee operate 100% autonomously, it answers guest inquiries and questions according to your established criteria. You can always review and intervene in the AI employee’s actions.
Proactive & moderate
A proactive and moderate virtual employee will offer you assistance: it suggests responses that you can accept, adjust or discard. The sender still appears as the receptionist.
Only on request
You can also opt out of autonomous actions by the virtual employee. In this case, there are no autonomous actions and you must request the AI colleague’s support via a button.
